In line with my previous post,as project designer,I know how essential planning is .It helps to work smarter rather than harder.Infact it acts as a road map to tell others how to expect to get there.A business plan does provide a benchmark against which to compare the progress and performance of your business.

YouTube, which was sold to Google for $1.65 billion in November, has become an Internet phenomenon since  the late 2005. Ctv reported today that Chad Hurley youtube CEO plans to pay for posts (i.e)paying users revenue against content they’re uploading.This is weird.Would revenue-sharing  build a community of users motivated by making money ? Report also says ,unless youtube comes with a business plan to pay money this plan will be put on hold.Youtube has always been different than it’s competitors, but will have to wait and see what this change will bring in the coming months .
