Edmonton
Things that I noticed in Edmonton that were different from Halifax.
Edmonton is fairly larger city than Halifax and has a fairly good ETS(Edmonton transit ) system both train and bus services which are wheelchair friendly. The ETS train service runs every 7 minutes on peak hours and every 15 minutes on non-peak hours I guess!
The cost of living is pretty high than Halifax for sure.
The other thing that I noticed is the way people say the time like 10 after 9 meaning 9:10 with lot of EH! at the end of a sentence. For example thanks EH!
With a bigger city comes other problems like a huge alcohol, drug and youth related problems which the government is quite working on. More seen in Downtown on the weekends.
These are a few inital things as seen visiting Edmonton.

Snow and cold November
Oh my! Edmonton is so cold and dry.It started to snow bit by bit and the temperatures went to-19 Degrees.
It’s November and I see snow everywhere.
That’s why I like Halifax, since it only starts snowing in December and it is not as cold as here!

Bhartiya Cultural Society of Alberta and Iskcon
These two hindu temples are located in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada-the Millwoods area. Both these temples are quite nice.Great to see that they are open mornings and evenings.
I am sure to visit whenever I have time over the weekends!
