That does have its merits (it was said in-house committee that suggested the use of the eco-friendly bags in the first place), but doesn't quite hit par with MEC, which <b>takes</b> $0.05 off your bill when you don't need a bag, on the assumption that you shouldn't be charged for the cost of the bag you're not going to use. Still, Bravo to Pete Luckett and Co...
